How to reach us:

- take the motor-way A1 Milan-Bologna and get out at the outlet of MODENA SUD.
- 200 meters after the motor-way outlet, turn RIGHT in the direction of MODENA.
- go on driving in the direction of MODENA through a few hamlets (S. Donnino and S. Damaso) for approximately 6,5 Km, getting to the first traffic-light cross-roads with the tangential of Modena. Now turn RIGHT in the direction of Bologna-Milan.
- Continue along the Tangential of Modena for about 1 Km and reach another traffic-light cross-roads. Keep on driving along the Tangential following the road signs to MILAN for 2 more kilometers up to the outlet n. 5 (industrial area TORRAZZI).
- Get out of the tangential outlet n. 5 and get into VIA DEL TORRAZZO.
- Keep on driving straight on for about 300 meters and get into the 2 nd road on your RIGHT: this is Via HO CHI MIN.
- In Via HO CHI MIN look for n°. 6, that is on the right side of the road.
